Whole nutmeg kernels sorted into ABCD grades by size and density. Sourced from our farmer cooperative on Banda Island and processed in Magelang, Central Java.

Moisture max 10%, foreign matter max 1%, broken max 2%. Aflatoxin and pesticide residue within EU and FDA limits.
- Grade A: 110–130 nuts/lb
- Grade B: 140–160 nuts/lb
- Grade C: 170–190 nuts/lb
- Grade D: 200+ nuts/lb
Packaging
25 kg or 50 kg double-stitched PP bags with food-grade inner liner. 20 ft container holds 17 MT; 40 ft HC holds 22 MT.
